reflection: i think this means that you have to do wat is right bc if you dont then you will fell bad nd nopt like it. never do something that doesnt feel right bc u will regret it. I think that this statement is trying to say that if something doesn't feel like it is the right thing to do; it isn't the right thing to do. It sometimes feels like the right thing to do, but it ends up not being the right thing to do. Always do the right thing.
